Each individual will bring their own unique strengths, thoughts, challenges, and worries to therapy. After listening to what brings you to therapy, we decide together on your treatment goals and the type of therapeutic modality to incorporate into treatment. The following modalities are the most common I follow: cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness based cognitive behavior therapy, exposure therapy, and yoga movement therapy. I incorporate my extensive knowledge regarding mood, anxiety, and behavioral disorders into the therapy, which ensures an evidenced-based treatment plan. In addition, I use my extensive experience and knowledge to refer for increased assistance when necessary and enjoy collaborating with all medical providers.
